Carrot Halwa

Ingredients
- 2 cups grated carrot
- 1/2 cup Sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp ghee (Clarified butter)
- 1 tbsp Chopped nuts
- 2 cardamom powdered

Instructions
- Press sautee for 10 mins in Normal heat.
- Once hot, add 1 tbsp ghee, roast the nuts until golden in colour. Drain from the ghee and set aside.
- In the same ghee, add grated carrots and sautee for 5 mins.
- Cancel sautee mode and press pressure cook for 5 mins in High pressure.
- Once timer is finished, release pressure manually.
- Press sautee mode again in high heat for 10 mins.
- Add condensed milk and cook until it is absorbed.
- In goes sugar. Mix well and add remaining ghee, cardamom.
- Stir well and serve it garnished with the roasted nuts.
