Delivery Lead Times:

After you place an order on our website, you can expect your delivery to arrive within 14 days.

Please note that our delivery lead times only count working business days, not including Sundays and not including holidays. During sale periods, please expect a slight delay in our delivery times due to the high volume of orders.

We do not offer express shipping and we do not ship outside of Malaysia.

Pre-Order:

Pre-order delivery fulfillment varies on a per-product basis. Kindly check the specific product page for more details. (Note: Duo 7-in-1 pre-orders will be fulfilled in mid-May.)

Upon initial payment completion, you will receive an email confirmation of your pre-order. You will receive a following email notification once your item is ready for shipment.

Shipping Fee:

We offer free shipping on all orders with a minimum basket size of RM 699 purchased through our online store (https://instantpotMY.com), within Peninsular Malaysia. All additional shipping charges for any reason such as returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

Problems and Exceptions:

If an item is returned to Focus Global Innovations Sdn. Bhd. by the carrier for any reason other than our error, the buyer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for both directions. Please verify the address to ensure that you have provided the correct address prior to placing your order.

If shipment is stolen or damaged due to delivery, please report the incident to Focus Global Innovations Sdn. Bhd. via email at customersupport@focusglobal.my and provide the order number for resolution.
