Adlai Paella Mixta

shrimp

chicken thigh fillet

rd bellpepper/green

chorizo ( optional )
salt and pepper
Instructions
Season Chicken with Salt and Pepper
Press Saute Function and add the olive oil, when it is hot – sear the chicken skin side first.
remove the chicken and add the adlai and the stock. Place the chicken back carefully on top of the adlai.
Press rice function.
After the cooking time is finished, open the Instant Pot and add the shrimp and the peppers.
you may add french beans on top to cook for your pot roast as well.
Press rice function again, once it stops, let it keep warm for 10 mins.
